Yes. In addition to connecting companies and candidates, support with recruitment, documents, permits, visas, travel and arrival can be agreed separately for certain international placements. The scope depends on the specific placement. These services are not automatically included in the platform subscription.
The required documents and permits depend on the country of employment, the candidate’s citizenship and the employment model. Requirements are checked for the specific case before the procedure starts. Both the candidate and employer receive information about the necessary steps and their responsibilities.
The timeline depends on the country, type of procedure, completeness of the documents and relevant authorities. There is no single timeline for every placement. An estimated plan and the required steps are agreed for the specific case, and we keep you informed as the procedure progresses.
The JOBELA team reviews the information and relevant documents as part of profile verification. If a role or country requires additional confirmation, translation or recognition of a qualification, those steps are identified for the specific placement. A verified profile does not mean that every procedure needed for employment in every country has already been completed.
We review the reason for the rejection or delay and discuss possible next steps with the relevant parties. Depending on the procedure, this may involve additional documents or another appropriate solution. A permit is issued by the relevant authority; JOBELA cannot guarantee approval or an exact issue date.
