1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account on Jobela you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Jobela

Jobela is available to candidates seeking employment, to companies seeking workers, and to partner agencies. All accounts are reviewed and approved by our administrators before use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. One person or company may hold only one account.

4. What Jobela does and does not do

Jobela connects candidates and employers. We are not the employer and we are not a party to any employment contract concluded between a candidate and a company.

5. Candidate data and anonymity

Candidate profiles are shown to companies without personal identifiers. Personal data is shared only with the candidate’s consent.

6. Fees

Registration is free for candidates. Fees for companies and agencies are agreed separately.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that provides false information or misuses the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We will publish any changes on this page and notify registered users by email.
